Job Description:
- Supervise and manage the quality control team to ensure consistent adherence to quality standards.
- Perform inspections and testing on raw materials inprocess products and finished goods.
- Develop and implement quality control processes procedures and policies to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address quality issues and recommend improvements.
- Conduct root cause ysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to resolve quality issues.
- Maintain accurate doentation including inspection reports audits and corrective action logs.
- Ensure compliance with company standards industry regulations and safety protocols.
- Provide training and guidance to quality control team members to enhance their ss and performance.
- Work closely with suppliers and external partners to address quality concerns.
- Participate in internal and external audits as required.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as a QC Supervisor or in a similar quality control role.
- Strong understanding of quality control processes tools and techniques.
- Ability to lead a team and manage qualityrelated activities effectively.
- Familiarity with industry quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication ss and attention to detail.
- Mandarin speaker is required; Chinese candidates are preferable to facilitate communication with the team and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management software is a plus.
Strong problemsolving ss and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
Salary Range:
- From RM3000 to RM4000
