Job Description
Hunters International is an integrated and awardwinning HR Solutions Provider based in Petaling Jaya Selangor
- Identifying and recruiting prospective candidates using a variety of channels
- Conducting confidential interviews checking references
- Research into clients company competitors
- Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries
- Offer guidance and facilitate the negotiation process
- Follow up with clients and ist with the candidates transition and onboarding process
- Network and build longlasting client relationships
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree holder
- Min 1 year working experience
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Effective negotiation influencing and communication ss
