The role objective is to get digital marketing campaigns to materialize along with a variety of tasks related to email marketing, social media marketing, and a little bit of
Responsibilities:
- Support a Marketing agency by assisting in the fulfillment of marketing campaigns for clients by carrying out various Online Marketing related tasks
- Help monitor and update clients projects and assignments
- Manage the creation, marketing, management and deletion of contents for clients projects
- Assist in managing and updating the content calendar
- Work on email campaigns via Klaviyo copywriting, strategy building, and building a database and list of potential clients
- Manage communication with clients as necessary or as instructed by the client
- Respond to comments or reviews on Google and Social Media pages as instructed
- Use and update email marketing templates and proposals based on the information provided by the client after a meeting
- Build and nurture marketing funnels as instructed
- If possible, do image/graphics editing for various online uses (Canva and Photoshop)
- Maintain an up-to-date marketing calendar setting out all planned activities
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Online Marketing for at least 3 years
- Strong skills and competency in Online Marketing
- Highly skilled in carrying out tasks to promote the company s Social Media Marketing services to its clients
- Email marketing savvy
- SEO skills are a definite advantage
- Competency in using Klaviyo for email marketing is a plus but is not required
- Skills in Graphic Design and Video Editing are highly sought
- Advanced Social Media skills
- Strong English skills in both verbal and written communications
- Content Writing and copywriting skills is an advantage
- Admin support skills and experience is a plus
