MonFri 10am 2pm EST (11pm 3am Manila Time)
Quarterly Flyer
Design and Layout: Create and design the cover and internal pages of the quarterly dental supplies flyer.
Incorporate vendorprovided artwork ensuring it is formatted correctly resized and adding on our pricing and product codes.
Content creation: pages for new products may need to be created including layout product pictures and text.
Header and Footer: Add headers footers and page numbers to each page for a professional cohesive look.
Formatting: Ensure the flyer is formatted with bleed settings for print production using Adobe InDesign or Illustrator.
Between the quarterly flyers we may also require Specialty flyers eg. Trade Show Flyers Dental Lab Supplies Flyer or Tattoo & Beauty Flyer
Product Sell Sheets: Assist in the creation of product sell sheets to support the sales team.
Email Blasts: Help create email blasts using iContact to promote products and sales events.
Branding: Assist with branding initiatives which may involve some graphic design work.
Website Administration: Provide administrative support for our website (WordPress WooCommerce) including uploading products and promotions no coding required just the basic data entry
Requirements
- Strong written English proficiency and effective verbal communication skills.
- Graphic design background required (Canva and Photoshop who can create flyers from adobe illustrator etc)
- Demonstrated reliability with a keen attention to detail.
- Basic proficiency in Excel and other MS Office tools.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing tasks and priorities.
- Technical proficiency including familiarity with Gsuite and other online tools.
- Experience in handling voice interactions with a focus on customer satisfaction.
