ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS


Job Summary: The Assistant Coach is responsible for supporting the Head Coach in implementing philosophy and procedures for the ;


Performance Responsibilities:

  • Accept and implement co-curricular philosophy of the

  • Follow program norms, policy, and expectations for players and

  • Direct assigned lower level teams within the program in accordance with program

  • Attend and assist during preseason parent

  • Follows the rules and regulations of the school and league of

  • Attends mandatory preseason rules

  • Time sensitive communication with the Athletic Department as

  • Utilize provided development opportunities provided by the Athletic

  • Support with scheduled team

  • Supervise and be responsible for the inventory associated with your program ( equipment, jerseys, )

  • Maintains appropriate supervision of the program at all times including, but not limited to, locker rooms, practices, events, and bus ;

  • Assures that the squad reflects proper conduct and sportsmanship at all

  • Represent the school in a professional manner in demeanor, language, and

  • Any ad hoc duties determined by the Head Coach or Athletic Director based on program ;
