The purpose of this role is to provide key communications and administrative support to the Guest Artists Space () Foundation You will be responsible for managing the production of digital content and delivering our digital and social media strategy under direction from the Residency and Projects Co-ordinator and Communications and Projects Manager in In 2023 will launch the Library at its Lagos building and you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the library archive and it s membership
As a proactive individual with a passion for the arts, excellent attention to detail and an ability to prioritise tasks effectively, you ll deliver general admin support to the team and Working as part of a small, busy, and passionate culture-led non-profit you will have the opportunity to contribute directly to the growth of an exciting international creative

Communication
- Deliver the digital strategy for including the creation of digital content across the website, social channels, and newsletters
- Work closely with residents, partners, and collaborators to ensure effective cross promotion and joined up communications
- Manage end to end production and delivery of all internal and commissioned digital content and assets including photography and films
- Manage all enquiries received via the primary email account as well as daily social media community management
- Manage and update the CRM mailing lists for all communications
Administrative
- Provide day to day administrative support to the Residency and Projects Coordinator and residents
- Coordination and practical support of residency, event, and public programme logistics in the form of bookings, the preparation of schedules and itineraries,event set up/break down and guest list management
- Manage the maintenance and use of Library conducting thorough weekly checks and audits in line with our guidelines
Requirements
- Skills, knowledge, experience and interest in the arts and cultural sector with a particular understanding of the cultural and artistic landscape of
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite and marketing software ( CRM)
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Experience of working effectively with a range of partners, collaborators and maintaining effective working
- Familiarity with social media and web analytics ( WebTrends).
