Role Responsibilities:
- Engaging with contacts at pharmaceutical / healthcare companies to demo / present our clients range of
- Conducting a needs analysis on the prospective client to understand their data
- Loading / documenting all client interactions on the
- Compiling weekly reports regarding sales pipeline, conversions and
- Understanding / explaining the range of services effectively to generate interest and qualified
- Understanding the systems and technology of our clients in order to provide the right and relevant
- Maintaining regular contact with new / existing clients in order to assess service
- Engaging with clients regarding their renewal
- Sourcing / loading new leads onto the
- Obtaining accurate and complete information when adding new
- Collaborating with other departments in service to
- Meeting sales targets and growth targets
- Receiving / understanding any client issues and providing feedback to other
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant tertiary degree / diploma
Relevant Skills / Experience:
- 2 years of Sales experience in the healthcare / pharmaceutical industry (non-negotiable).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Well-organised, disciplined and motivated
- Sales-driven and convincing
