The Company is in search of a Accounts and Inventory Officer with experience managing financial accounts and inventory of luxury furniture, retail, logistics or warehousing organizations
Compensation: Base Pay is 150, 200, monthly
Job Summary: This role would be responsible for monitoring and reconciling accounts and inventory, hence ensuring every order and stock is accounted for This role would also be responsible for ensuring that orders are fulfilled before they are updated in account

Key Responsibilities:
Call-up from invoices and sales order from the system and receive payments accordingly, to respective bank
Monitor and review all POS transactions and daily adjust for pos charges and post net payments to respective bank
Confirm all POS entries in the bank statement on weekly
Monitor all cheque payment and ensure lodged in the
Post all deposited cheques into the respective banks for easy
Watch out for stale cheque, alteration, and validity for clearing
Review and record invoices from local and foreign
Preparation of cost and pricing schedule for foreign goods in transit with respect to exchange rate
Fixing of item prices based on recommended markup by the managing
Maintain and update the system with selling
Review all invoices issued on daily basis to verify sales prices and confirm approval for discounts and concession by the managing
Prepare vendors payment schedule as at bill due
Handle all exchange and return items in alliance with relevant sales and marketing
Attend to external and internal auditors, prepare all schedule they need for a seamless audit
Prepare company s management and financial report on monthly and annual
Develop a formidable inventory control system using relevant inventory
Attend to all dues/taxes & statutory
Conduct routine monthly physical stock check and reconcile with the
Diagnose the cause of inventory variance at every
Generate inventory report on monthly basis and report all stock variance to the managing
Preparation of purchase orders, and manage stock level for timely re-order notice to Report all inventory that has stayed for more than a year and ensure they are
Maintain records of item receipt from both local and foreign
Coordinate the warehouse staff appropriately and
