Job Description
Our Client a retail company is seeking to employ an experienced Retail Manager to oversee daily operations drive sales growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will lead a highperforming team manage inventory and develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets.
Location: Lekki Lagos
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets analyzing sales data and market trends to inform business decisions.
Recruit train and develop sales associates fostering a positive work environment and culture.
Manage inventory levels replenishment and stockroom organization ensuring effective inventory turnover and shrinkage control.
Develop and implement customer engagement initiatives resolving customer complaints and feedback and monitoring customer satisfaction metrics.
Control labor costs scheduling managing store budget and expenses and implementing loss prevention strategies.
Resolve customer complaints and feedback ensuring prompt issue resolution.
Requirements
Proven years of experience in the retail industry preferably in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
Proven track record of driving sales growth improving customer satisfaction and reducing operational costs.
Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop highperforming teams.
