Entry Level / Product Tester Manager (Remote)

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry Level / Product Tester Manager. This is a remote position and requires a reliable internet connection. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in product testing and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating and managing product testing projects from start to finish
• Recruiting and managing a team of product testers
• Gathering and analyzing data from product tests
• Communicating with stakeholders and providing regular updates on project progress
• Identifying and addressing any issues that arise during the testing process
• Ensuring that all testing is conducted in accordance with company standards and protocols
• Providing feedback and recommendations for product improvements

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with product testing and/or project management is a plus
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Must have a reliable internet connection and be able to work remotely

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required
