Job Description
Job Title: Lead Mambu Engineer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly sed and experienced Lead Engineer to spearhead the integration and implementation of Mambu's core banking platform with a particular focus on Savings products. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Mambu s architecture and APIs coupled with a strong background in financial services product engineering and leading technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Integration Projects: Oversee the endtoend integration of Mambu s core banking platform into our systems with a primary focus on Savings products.
Architect Solutions: Design and implement scalable secure and highperforming integration solutions that align with business goals and regulatory requirements.
Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of engineers ensuring best practices in coding architecture and agile development.
Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams including Product Operations and Compliance to ensure the successful deployment of Mambu solutions.
Customization: Develop custom components extensions and APIs to enhance Mambu's Savings products to meet specific business needs.
Problem Solving: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Mambu integration ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.
Quality urance: Ensure the highest quality of deliverables through rigorous testing code reviews and adherence to industry standards.
Doentation: Create and maintain comprehensive doentation of system architecture processes and configurations.
Stay Updated: Keep uptodate with Mambu's latest features updates and industry trends to leverage new functionalities and ensure optimal integration.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering with at least 3 years of experience in integrating or implementing Mambu specifically focusing on Savings products.
Proven experience in leading engineering teams and delivering complex integration projects in the financial services sector.
Requirements
Technical Ss:
Proficiency in programming languages such as .Net Python or Node.js.
Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs microservices architecture and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
Handson experience with Mambu APIs and customization of Mambu s core banking modules.
Product Knowledge: Indepth understanding of banking products particularly Savings and how they are structured and managed within Mambu.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and collaborate with nontechnical stakeholders.
Agile odologies: Experience with Agile/Scrum development processes.
ProblemSolving: Strong ytical and problemsolving ss with a focus on delivering efficient and effective solutions.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication ss with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in other core banking platforms or financial services systems.
Certification in Mambu or relevant financial technology platforms.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the banking/financial services industry.
Customer Feedback: Gather and relay customer feedback and suggestions to improve our products and services. Cold Calling: Proactively reach out to potential clients through phone calls to introduce our IT solutions and services. Identify decision-makers within organizations and initiate meaningful conversations to ess their IT needs. Client Meetings: Arrange and conduct meetings with potential clients, either in-person or virtually, to understand their IT requirements and present our solutions. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations as needed. Lead Generation: Need to generate new prospects
