Creative Lead (f/m/d)

We are looking for new colleagues who share our dream: a healthcare system in which patients are the centre of attention. At Qunomedical we help clinics and hospitals over-deliver with great digital patient journeys. And we help patients directly by supporting them before, during and after their treatment.

As Creative Lead you are a part of the Marketing team, consisting Paid Marketing specialists, CRM, SEO, content and design. We provide relevant information throughout the journey and inspire people with options they did not know they had. Whether it s higher quality care, lower cost or faster appointments. This position is based in Berlin but you can work remote from anywhere in Germany.

__What will keep you challenged?__

• Develop and manage a content operations process for the patient-facing side of Qunomedical and our B2B SaaS solution Qunosuite
• Short-term operational content creation as well as long-term content planning (research, asset creation, copy creation and continuous quality improvement)
• Create content concepts for the complete customer journey across digital and analog channels
• You are willing to get your hands dirty and create part of the content yourself if needed
• Translate brand concepts as well as user and data insights into content formats and campaigns
• Ensure consistent tone-of-voice across all channels
• We don t expect you to do everything on your own: lead a squad of internal creators and external partners

__Which traits contribute to your success?__

• 5+ years of experience in content marketing (agency, startup, corporate)
• Leadership experience
• Extensive experience in the development and implementation of strategies, concepts and measures of content creation.
• High level of excellence in at least one area of content creation - experience with different formats
• Industry knowledge is a big plus
• Project management (respective tools)
• Familiarity with content and engagement KPIs
• Native level English
