Tasks

Eager to join a well-funded early-stage InsurTech startup? Curious about reshaping the future of an entire industry? As B2B Sales Manager (m/w/d), you ll develop and implement effective B2B sales plans and processes to drive growth.

  • Developing and implementing effective B2B sales strategies to generate growth and increase GWP
  • Setting sales goals and targets and ensuring that they are met
  • Identifying and pursuing new business/acquisition opportunities
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key clients and partners to drive sales and business growth
  • Tracking and analyzing sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure that sales strategies align with the overall goals of the organization
  • Ownership of B2B Sales including regular updates with upper management

Requirements

  • First things first: You are ambitious, enjoy taking on great responsibility and like to work hands-on
  • Your attitude and mindset are most important to us, but professional experience in Sales, especially in real estate or property management is a plus
  • As a customer-centric professional, you enjoy interacting with clients and supporting them
  • Better done than perfect: You manage to find a good balance between pragmatism and perfectionism in your daily work
  • You are extremely online-savvy and quickly learn new tools and technologies
  • You are up for high speed , feel comfortable in a fast-paced environment and enjoy driving topics forward independently, hands-on and building something new together
  • English- and German-speaking (both fluent)
