Requirements
- Several years CRM experience in customer relationship marketing and customer retention
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Expert knowledge of best-practices email marketing
- Strong background in other CRM channels such as direct mail and 1-1 messaging platforms
- You have worked with Email Service Providers (ESPs) experience with emarsys is definitely a plus
- Successful track record of optimizing and improving CRM channels and strategies in e-commerce businesses
- Next to your entrepreneurial mindset, you have strong communication and analytical skills combined with a highly energetic and self-motivating attitude
- You have a keen and curious nature, with the ability to push back and challenge conventional wisdom
- You are an experienced user of Excel; knowledge of HTML and SQL is a plus
- You are fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Degree/Diploma in Digital Marketing or related field is desirable
