Job Description
On behalf of a leading renewable energy firm in Dublin city centre, we are looking to hire a Senior Financial Accountant.
Our client is rapidly expanding their portfolio of wind and solar energy portfolio across Europe and therefore expanding their finance team. We are looking for a Senior Accountant to bridge the gap between the Group Finance Manager and Accounts Assistant.
Responsibilities:
- Working closely with outsourced partners on monthly management reporting of the Group.
- Assist Group Finance Manager on preparation of consolidated reports for Senior Management.
- Assist with quarterly and yearly budgeting and forecasting.
- Assist Group Finance Manager with completion of statutory accounts of these companies, ensuring compliance to IFRS and local GAAP when required.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be a fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA or CIMA) and will have 1-3 years post qualified experience. Additional competencies include;
- Proven experience in the areas of financial planning & analysis, management accounting and financial control.
- Excellent interpersonal, communications and presentation skills.
- Experience in consolidated accounts preferred.
- Strong analytical skills.
