Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced HR professional for the position of HR Manager in Automobile Industry.
As HR Manager you will be responsible for coordinating all administrative activities related to organization s personnel, including developing recruitment strategies, implementing systems for managing staff benefits, payroll and behavior and on-boarding new employees.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, select and train employees.
- Maintain records of the hired employees.
- Plan, monitor and appraise work results.
- Prepare, update and maintain Human Resource strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain records of benefits plans participation such as insurance, pension plan and personnel transactions (promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations).
- Organize employee benefit programs for the organization.
- Maintain, analyzes and prepare employee s wages and salary reports.
- Recommend the best human resources practice and business methods.
- Build a positive work environment and resolve all employee relations issues.
Requirements
- MBA or Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, or a relevant field.
- Proven 5+ years experience in a Human Resource
- Experience to develop and implement recruitment plans and strategies.
- Experience with the human resources information system (HRIS)
- Strong understanding of HR functions, methods, strategies, procedures, and policies.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Outstanding employee coaching skills (training and development).
- Outstanding time management skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in English, Hindi and Marathi is necessary
