• Plan with the HR Ops Manager the annual HR activation calendar to facilitate effective planning and field activation with timely delivery.
• Leads on and manage all Employee Requests and Global Business Service HR Ops related requests and activities through myServices with the assigned SLAs/KPIs. In addition to adopt ways of working to enhance employee’s experience
• Manage the offline administration of all aspects of the employee life-cycle in his/her designated Area in addition to ensuring adherence to the company's policies, procedures and labor law.
• Maintain proper workflows & adherence to SLAs with other HR work streams to ensure service delivery model in place which directly impacts HR Ops & service delivery scorecard.
• Work on continues improvement and streamlining the HR Ops processes affecting the EE life cycle, services delivered and spotting efficiencies
• Conduct self-audits across Egypt to ensure adhering to labor law and company policies.
• Partner with HRBP in various field activities to drive Employee’s engagement plan.
• Lead on HR Ops related projects (global, sector and local) to implement HR digitization agenda in Egypt, in addition to the key projects that will drive digital employee experience required, including the provision of management information as and when required
• Create an inclusive culture for team members and ensure they are motivated, engaged and aligned with HR Ops LBS strategy.
• Manage all government inspections related to complying with labor law.
