Senior Manager Product Design

As the Product & Experience Design Head of ReshaMandi, you will lead & build the Product Design team of ReshaMandi with Product designers, Experience Designers, UI Designers and be involved in every aspect of project collaboration from idea to execution. Any Digital Product with the ReshaMandi logo on it will be your ownership. You ll supervise and Designers & Researchers evaluate their work and skills and maximize the talents of your team to build a phenomenal team that builds the Gold Standard of Global Product Design

Learning the Users State of Mind of users at their points of interaction with ReshaMandi, how have the Users state of mind changed over time, what were the states of mind prior to their interaction with ReshaMandi

Challenge the Status Quo regularly to ensure the ReshaMandi Products adapt with time, people and sets a benchmark in the Design Industry

Build a Culture of Growth & Freedom thats nurturing and motivating.

Efficiently Report progress of projects both Objectively & Subjectively at major stages of their conception, creation, and execution

Ensure designs and content reflect consistently and positively the brand image and company ideals

Serve as the Bridge between the Tech and Product Design team and between the Product Design team and individual ReshaMandi Verticals

Drafting Plan of Actions, implementation, monitoring, analysing your Teams work

Qualitatively User Testing ideas, experiments, hypotheses

Gathering the business requirements and to find out what needs researching, designing on usability testing

Participating in sketching, prototyping and user testing, before passing the design onto the development team

1. Sprint Planning, Sprint Management

2. Metrics Tracking and quantitative analysis of Design Decision on Product Usage and Behaviour Change

3. Design Management, user centric Designing

4. Implementing Design Systems

5. Ability to back all findings and insights with Data from own user study, existing case studies.

6. Excellent communication skills, impertinent to present ideas and direct the companys Design Ecosystem.

Deep Understanding of Design Thinking & Experience Design,

Studying Users, Scenarios, lifestyle, perceptions, social validations, pains, happiness, habits, digital interactions, online & offline behaviour mapping, existing interactions with ReshaMandi, Current user experience etc

A deep understanding of UX approaches like Decoy Pricing, Induced Impulses,User Psychology, Design Principles and a growing need to learn about new andpresent-day Experience enhancement principles

Most importantly, a Can-do attitude. A yearning to figure out solutions tochallenging problems.

Proficiency in all necessary Digital Platforms and software applications

Under Graduate or Post Graduate from NIFT, NID or a renowned Design College

Experience Building Digital Products with proven track record of transformingProducts into

Experience Leading & Building Teams in a Product or SaaS Startup
