Prepare the department's budget and supervise all its affairs.
• Identify company's needs of human resources based on requests from the
departments / divisions of the company.
• Participate in the development of training plans and identify training needs of the
staff.
• Submit recommendations to the CEO/ Chief Staff Officer about personnel internal
and external affairs.
• Make recommendations and coordinate with the CEO/ Chief Staff Officer to
develop grades, payroll, and benefits.
• Plan to develop, update and implement human resource policies periodically in
coordination with CEO/ Chief Staff Officer.
• Develop procedures for the appointment of staff and recruiting appropriate
candidates to perform the company's activities.
• Make recommendations to reduce employment turnover, and absence from work.
• Supervise the implementation of regulations on staff leaves, and travel policies.
• Receive employees' complaints and suggestions and comments and coordinate
with relevant departments to deal with them and make appropriate decisions
regarding them.
• Make recommendations in cooperation with officials of various departments and
divisions regarding the allocation of rewards to deserving employees.
