Job Description
- Regularly monitor and report on the progress of benefits realisation to project teams, stakeholders, and leadership
- Provide insights and recommendations based on the analysis of benefit metrics and performance data
- Monitor projects throughout their lifecycle to ensure that benefits are being realised as planned and make adjustments as necessary
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the status of benefits realisation across the organisation
