Job Description

Our Client is looking for a Franchise Services Manager for a fast growing and innovative green commercial cleaning company in Indianapolis, IN. The ideal candidate is someone who understands the potential of an opportunity for dynamic personal and business growth who can mentor, coach, motivate others, and execute our program. The ideal candidate would possess the potential to grow into leading the operations team in the future.

Skills Needed

-Experience in the commercial cleaning industry preferred
-Bilingual: English & Spanish strongly preferred

-Ability to build strong relationships with customers and our service providers

-Desire to learn new skills and grow in their career
-Be able to multitask with ease
-Be able to effectively and efficiently resolve a wide range of customer issues
-Have a demonstrated record of leadership and be able to lead by example
-Have a history of coaching and growing a strong team
-Computer skills including ability to navigate the internet, email, Microsoft Word and Excel.
-Reliable & hardworking
-Commitment to delivering great customer service
-Communication skills and the ability to get along with people from diverse backgrounds
-Experience in janitorial operations strongly preferred
-Sales experience very helpful

Duties

  • Identify new leads for unit franchisees in Greater Indianapolis, Ft. Wayne, Lafayette and Bloomington Indiana markets.
  • Schedule and conduct unit franchise presentations with signed disclosures.
  • Schedule and support unit franchise purchases.
  • Manage business owed for all unit franchisees to assure we are properly managing fulfillment of all unit franchise business owed.
  • Manage business owed in OPUS to accurately reflect the difference between legal business owed and moral business owed.
  • Properly maintain all unit franchise files. All files should include the following:
  • Keep unit franchisee contact information accurate in our systems
  • Accurately track and communicate all account franchisee transfers and share with accounting
  • Serve as initial point of contact for unit franchise questions and concerns. Escalate to others as needed. Respond to all franchisee communications within 4 hours.
  • Assist in scheduling new account walk throughs, assure they have all new account documentation.
  • Support Stratus decision making with all unit franchisees.
  • Work with Stratus team to assure accuracy of all unit franchisee statements.
  • Unit franchisee insurance Requirements
  • Maintain active excel lists of all current and active FO’s including all contact information
  • Maintain active excel lists of all previous and inactive FO’s including all contact information
