Our client, a real estate company, provides professional property marketing, consulting, and development services for our diverse clients in the residential and commercial property markets.
The Personal Assistant will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the office of the CEO
Roles:
- Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the CEO including managing an extremely active calendar of appointments, handling sensitive and confidential Information
- Ensure all data is collected appropriately.
- Ensure daily interaction on all the appropriate level with clients.
- Ensure that CEO meetings/ presentations with clients are properly planned and administered.
- Ensure that agendas are prepared and circulated before the meeting (Weekly progress meeting) and that essentials needed for the meeting are ordered and tracked.
- Prepare progress reports, contact reports, creative briefs and ensure that budget control documentation is prepared and maintained.
- Ensure personal dealings and general coordination of the office of the CEO are handled in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as an Administrator, manager or any other similar role.
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office in particular).
- Organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills with a problem-solving attitude.
- B.Sc in Business Administration, or any other relevant field.
