Title/Role: DAS-Business Analyst 3 /BA3

Location:Columbus, Ohio

Rate: $70

Complete Description:

Years of Relevant Experience: 7-9 years of experience in Software Development Life Cycle SDLC involving Requirement Gathering, Analysis, Design, Development, Testing, Implementation and Production Support.

7-9 years' experience leading requirements analysis, validation, verification, and prioritization, ensuring that requirement statements are complete, consistent, concise, comprehensible, traceable, feasible, unambiguous, and verifiable. Leverages persona-based user stories.

1-2 years of experience using Azure DevOps for projects and support work items.

3-4 years of experience using Salesforce customer relationship management.

Preferred Education: 4-year college degree or equivalent technical study
Job Description:
The Business Analyst 3 job duties include supporting vendor led and OBG internally driven initiatives. This consist of eliciting, analyzing, validating, specifying (as needed) and managing the business requirement development life cycle; documenting business rules and functional process maps; developing a requirement traceability matrix; supporting quality assurance.
The Business Analyst 3 acts as a liaison between the customer community and the technical development team; tracking changes, clarifying any issues/risks, supporting Help Desk functions.
