Responsibilities:
- Providing leadership for DCES team to plan, develop, and implement strategic goals
- Assist department with managing teams performance, including goal settings, performance review, learning and development
- Be the mechanical, electrical & plumbing subject matter expert
- Performing technical and managerial functions in the areas of energy audits, energy management, energy saving programs, and financial advisory for energy effeciency measures
- Be the program manager that responsible for planning to certification for all technical certification program such as ANSI/TIA-942, Green Mark, ISO, etc
Requirements
- Diploma degree is acceptable
- Proficient in one of these: SCEM, GMM, GMFM, GMP, GMFP, LEED GA, LEED AP, GBC GA, GBC GP, CDFOM, CDFOS, CDCE, CDCS, ITIL, or other related certifications
- Experienced on leading certification program such as ANSI / TIA-942, Uptime, BCA-IDA, Green Mark, SS564, LEED, and ISO
- Having 5+ years managing facilities development with project management in 24 x 7 DC environment with last 2 years at a managerial capacity
- Having knowledge in MEP operations and building facilities related systems, such as switchgears, UPS, generators, and CRAUs
