Fitment Technician - Semarang

We are a worldleading smart mobility SaaS company with oversubscribers across 23 countries and we are looking for a Fitment Technician to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Meet with customers to install GPS units and electronic devices/accessories on their vehicle.
• Perform maintenance and repairs if a problem arises with the unit installed on the customers vehicle.
• Complete projects on time and according to the established timeline.
• Identify and leverage opportunities to upsell additional Cartrack services and software applications that match the customers needs

Requirements:

• Graduated from a vocational school with a major in automotive/electronic engineering.
• Understand vehicle electricity and have experience installing electronic devices/vehicle accessories.
• Experience with GPS installation is preferred.
• Have a private vehicle and a drivers license (SIM).
• Willing to take business trips outside of the city and the island.
• Willing to work extra and/or on national holidays for a particular period of time.
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to upsell products that match the customers need.
