Our client is B2B E-Commerce platform in Indonesia, established in Jakarta as the joint venture enterprise in 2019. Our client has a professional supply chain, market expansion capabilities, and corporate managements. They have established partnerships with leading manufacturers, integrating indoor, outdoor, and project products, covering security, lighting, building materials, and other business fields.
This group exclusively hiring with MatchaTalent, and opening for more than 100+ talents each year, collaborating with 50+ Management Trainees thatresponsible for various roles such as Marketing, Sales, Finance, Product, IT, Admin, Customer Service, Purchasing, and Logistics.
Responsibilities:
- Fulfilling the ordered task as required
- Joining workshop and training session
- Willing to give feedbacks or suggestion to develop the company
- Fulfilling the administration tasks.
- Contributing as a team player in each department
Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- Open for freshgraduate with no more than 3 years of working experience
- Able to speak and write in English and Mandarin
- Having mandarin certification (HSK level 4 or above) would be a plus
- Willing to participate and fulfill the Management Trainee program, including classes, activities, workshops, and field trainings
- Willing to be evaluated regularly
- Outspoken and vocal, able to give suggestions for improvement
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Having good proficiency in MS Office
