- Melakukan penanganan terhadap pertanyaan atau keluhan yang disampaikan nasabah/rumah sakit/client via email/telp/media social/whatsapp/dll
- Memberikan informasi tentang ketentuan polis dan prosedur pelayanan
- Membangun hubungan baik dengan pelanggan
- Meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan
- Melakukan administrasi secara teratur
- Mengikuti proses kerja yang sesuai dengan flow dan SOP yang berlaku
