Your new role:
You will work with the senior leadership team to understand short- and long-term talent requirements for the business and for key clients externally
You will work with the consultancy team to ensure sourcing strategies and recruitment initiatives are working in accordance with requirements
Drive innovation and creativity across all areas of recruitment
Development of the business, liaising with both candidate and client, building long term relationships
Work on active permanent & contract vacancies, manage both candidate and client expectations
Achieve own sales targets, maintenance, and development of the brand across Ireland
Be proactive in raising the company s profile through regular networking activities and client meetings
Build close working relationships across all offices and network within the Group
Ensure there is a weekly focus on client engagement/business development within the office
Use of Social Media and other tools to source suitable candidates
Ensure adherence to, and development of, appropriate administrative and operational procedures. Ensure the integrity of database in terms of being current and complete
Any other duties as required
You will be:
Degree qualified or equivalent professional experience
A minimum of 4 years agency experience
Experienced in stakeholder management and forecasting talent requirements
Highly professional dealing with colleagues, clients and candidates
Self-motivated and capable of overcoming challenges with creativity and positive thinking
