Chief Technology Officer (Growing Technology Start Up) Ireland/Hybrid
Pantheon Talent & Consulting have been retained by a dynamic and innovative Technology Start Up to identify their CTO to join this rapidly expanding organisation.
Based in Ireland but with international operations and global ambition this technology innovator is empowering the journey to global sustainability with cutting edge AI enabled software solutions for global transportation specifically around the adoption of and transition to Zero Emission Vehicles (ZEV).
The CTO will join a leadership team who have been to the forefront of Electromobility and Technology development across the ZEV sector. The role will be based in Ireland but with the potential for Hybrid working.
The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will play a critical role in shaping the company's technology strategy leading development efforts and ensuring that the technological aspects align with the company's commercial and technological goals.

Role Profile:

- Developing the Technology Roadmap: Create a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with the startup’s business goals and product vision.
- Innovation: Foster a culture of innovation to explore and implement cuttingedge technologies that give the startup a competitive edge.
- Scalability: Ensure that the technology stack is scalable to support growth and expansion.
- Agile Development: Implement agile methodologies to ensure rapid and flexible development cycles.
- UserCentric Design: Focus on user experience (UX) and ensure that products meet customer needs and expectations.
- Quality Assurance: Establish robust testing and quality assurance processes to deliver reliable and highperforming products.
- Cloud Computing: Leverage cloud services for costeffective and scalable infrastructure.
- DevOps: Implement DevOps practices to streamline deployment improve collaboration between development and operations and enhance system reliability.
- Cybersecurity: Ensure robust security measures are in place to protect data and maintain user trust.
- Building a Strong Team: Recruit and retain top technical talent to build a highperforming development team.
- Mentorship and Growth: Provide mentorship and opportunities for professional growth to team members.
- Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and teamwork.
- Vendor Management: Select and manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers..
- Compliance: Ensure that the company’s technology practices comply with all applicable laws and standards.
- Degree in Computer Science or similar technical qualifications
- Hands on experience with ReactJS Dockers Containers AWS Linux GitHub C# Automated Testing and IAC
- Ability to build out the Technical Function to meet the business needs in a dynamic and growth orientated environment
- Proven leadership skills to inspire and guide a team towards achieving technical and business goals.
- Ability to develop and implement longterm strategies that align with business objectives.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders and garner support.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing technologies and business landscapes
