Job Brief:
We are looking out for fresh candidates for ONLINE outbound sales. This is a 3 months full-time internship, followed by a job offer. Plus there will be incentives on new deals signed during the internship and during the job.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying new prospects
- Creating a pipeline of new clients from USA, and Canada
- Cold-calling clients and potential customers and pitching our services
- Set up a meeting with customers
- Regular bidding on freelancing portals like UpWork, Freelancer etc
- Conducting market research
- Managing and preparing a database of potential clients
- Strategic use of digital marketing to create pre-sales awareness about the brand
- Work as a team and coordinate with various departments
- Develop proposals and presentations & negotiate deals
Skills Required:
- Excellent English communication skills
- Should possess strong sales and negotiation skills
- Should be able to interact with the client via phone calls, skype, online meetings, email chat, WhatsApp
- Should have excellent command of MS Office - Word, PPT, Excel
- Should be smart in convincing the prospects and converting them into sales
- Should be able to generate leads via online mediums
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take the initiative and build strong, productive relationships
- Should be open to travel across the globe
