Job Description
Open Position: IT Recruiter (Freelancer)
We are looking for IT Recruiter to join us on Freelancing engagement
Key requirements include:
- Good experience recruiting and sourcing for IT Technical roles covering any of the IT disciplines: Cyber Security, Networking, Software Engineering and etc
- Experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies to include market mapping, recruitment strategies and Boolean searches
- Excellent independent sourcing skills with experience and curiosity about the latest recruiting technologies and platforms, above and beyond job boards and LinkedIn
- A sense of urgency and a relentless drive to find and connect with the best talent
- Ability to multi-task and thrives working in a dynamic, high-change environment
