Outbound Sales Executive - Internship

Job Brief:

We are looking out for fresh candidates for ONLINE outbound sales. This is a 3 months full-time internship, followed by a job offer. Plus there will be incentives on new deals signed during the internship and during the job.

Responsibilities:

• Identifying new prospects
• Creating a pipeline of new clients from USA, and Canada
• Cold-calling clients and potential customers and pitching our services
• Set up a meeting with customers
• Regular bidding on freelancing portals like UpWork, Freelancer etc
• Conducting market research
• Managing and preparing a database of potential clients
• Strategic use of digital marketing to create pre-sales awareness about the brand
• Work as a team and coordinate with various departments
• Develop proposals and presentations & negotiate deals

Skills Required:

• Excellent English communication skills
• Should possess strong sales and negotiation skills
• Should be able to interact with the client via phone calls, skype, online meetings, email chat, WhatsApp
• Should have excellent command of MS Office - Word, PPT, Excel
• Should be smart in convincing the prospects and converting them into sales
• Should be able to generate leads via online mediums
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take the initiative and build strong, productive relationships 
• Should be open to travel across the globe
