- The Relationship Manager acts as an interface between the company & customers.
- He/She should be able to offer customized insurance solutions to the customers for all their financial needs.
- Ensure all Training Modules laid by the L&D department are attended and certifications obtained
- Direct selling to the customers via appointments ( Office/ Home visits)
- Ensure that leads/ appointments allocated by the call center are attended and reverted within the TAT
- Ensure Self Sourcing Targets are achieved - Ensure Business Reporting, MIS on a sales call ( LMS),
- Lead Utilization and conversion are updated and maintained on a daily basis
- Ensure that MIS/ Reporting formats are maintained/ Updated on a regular basis
- Be an Insurance solution provider for our customers
- Educate the Customer about the company/ channel
- Customer Servicing. - Ensure strict adherence to Human resource Norms,Policies & processes.
Requirements
- Qualification : Graduate/HSC
- Minimum 1 year experience in Life insurance sales
- Insurance sales in Direct channel will be an advantage
- Age - 21 to 32years
