Support the development and implementation of reporting governance frameworks and processes to ensure reporting quality standards are met.
Gather reporting requirements and design future state reports.
Work with the delivery partner resources collaboratively within the reporting team
Build strong empathetic relationships with stakeholder groups internal and external delivery partners
Work with the reporting team to ensure data hierarchies are set up to support CRM Master Data, Reporting and business practices
Facilitate workshops for requirements gathering, produce stories that articulate the business rules for reporting
Define future state reporting requirements across Sales, Service and Billing, including consolidation and translation.
Understand the data landscape and ensure platform integrations support master data governance principles/best practice.
Resolve issues and mitigate risks through effective collaboration and negotiation with the project team and stakeholders.
Be an advocate for the Salesforce CRM system within the organisation and promote its expanded use as a means of capturing deeper data & insights
Assist the change management team with the development of end user reporting training and documentation.
Qualifications
Skills and experience
Tertiary degree in Mathematics /Statistics / Computer Science /Business Administration
Proven experience in managing successful reporting and analytics solutions
Extensive hands on experience with reporting tools including Salesforce and Tableau.
Experience working in projects using a combination of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Strong understanding of SQL and data modelling
Demonstrated experience liaising with subject matter experts, understanding of reporting processes, developing operational reports and reconciliation reports to enable business reporting self-service
Interpersonal skills to foster effective relationships with business representatives and project team members to define reporting requirements and standards
Demonstrated strong analytical skills, commercial and business acumen, and an understanding of the complexities of data.
Experience in conducting workshops with business and technical audiences to elicit business requirements and defining user stories with acceptance criteria and user personas
