Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of reporting governance frameworks and processes to ensure reporting quality standards are met.
  • Gather reporting requirements and design future state reports.
  • Work with the delivery partner resources collaboratively within the reporting team
  • Build strong empathetic relationships with stakeholder groups internal and external delivery partners
  • Work with the reporting team to ensure data hierarchies are set up to support CRM Master Data, Reporting and business practices
  • Facilitate workshops for requirements gathering, produce stories that articulate the business rules for reporting
  • Define future state reporting requirements across Sales, Service and Billing, including consolidation and translation.
  • Understand the data landscape and ensure platform integrations support master data governance principles/best practice.
  • Resolve issues and mitigate risks through effective collaboration and negotiation with the project team and stakeholders.
  • Be an advocate for the Salesforce CRM system within the organisation and promote its expanded use as a means of capturing deeper data & insights
  • Assist the change management team with the development of end user reporting training and documentation.

Qualifications

Skills and experience

  • Tertiary degree in Mathematics /Statistics / Computer Science /Business Administration
  • Proven experience in managing successful reporting and analytics solutions
  • Extensive hands on experience with reporting tools including Salesforce and Tableau.
  • Experience working in projects using a combination of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Strong understanding of SQL and data modelling
  • Demonstrated experience liaising with subject matter experts, understanding of reporting processes, developing operational reports and reconciliation reports to enable business reporting self-service
  • Interpersonal skills to foster effective relationships with business representatives and project team members to define reporting requirements and standards
  • Demonstrated strong analytical skills, commercial and business acumen, and an understanding of the complexities of data.
  • Experience in conducting workshops with business and technical audiences to elicit business requirements and defining user stories with acceptance criteria and user personas
