Power BI Developer Lead

Primary Responsibilities:

• Performs endtoend development deployment and maintenance of multiple Power Platform solutions including MOSAIC and supporting leadership and upper management strategic decisions.
• Oversees administration of the Power Platform environments licensing and connectivity.
• Gathers requirements and supports development teams with upgrades and content creation provides project and Government leaders with insights leading to better more informed decisions.
• Oversees the data/report requests process: tracking requests submitted approval and prioritization and ensures accuracy of data and deliverables of reporting employees.
• Leads crossfunctional projects using data analysis techniques to discover insights to guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities.
• Manages and optimizes processes for data intake validation data modeling visualization and communication of deliverables.
• Develops implements and complies with quality controls and departmental standard operating procedures to align with organizational expectations.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Operations Research or related field and a minimum of 57 years of development/analytical experience; minimum 7 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• Strong knowledge of programming and working with data elements within relational databases .
• Demonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft Power BI stack.
• Intimate familiarity with Git and/or AWS DevOps tools for development and version control of complex programming projects.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Must obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Must be a US Citizen.

• PMP
• Microsoft Certified Power BI Data Analyst Professional
