Senior Accountant

We are partnering with a wellestablished manufacturing company in search of a Senior Accountant. This role is pivotal in managing financial operations ensuring accuracy and supporting strategic decisionmaking processes. Responsibilities:

• Manage monthly financial close processes ensuring meticulous review of journal entries and accurate reconciliations.
• Oversee expenditure processes including accruals operating expenses leases and fixed assets.
• Maintain lease schedules and manage fixed asset accounting including additions disposals and depreciation.
• Reconcile cash accounts prepare journal entries and oversee cash reporting.
• Assist in annual audit preparations and periodic tax return filings.
  
• Support payroll processes credit card expenditures and vendor record management ensuring contract compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting; CPA preferred with a minimum of 3 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Indepth knowledge of GAAP and advanced skills Microsoft Excel
• Ability to identify costsaving opportunities recommend process improvements and implement solutions.
• Collaborative customerfocused resultsoriented and able to work independently.
