Job Description
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES -
- Handhold FPOs in pre-incorporation, Post Incorporation and Operationalization stage
- Interact with FPOs to create awareness about Agribazaar service offerings & on-boarding FPOs on Agribazaar platform
- Assist FPOs in acquiring license, claiming govt subsidy, etc
- Keep track of FPOs business volume estimates: Input Sales and Output Linkages, also increase transaction thru Agribazaar platform
- Achieve season on season targets for Agri Input sales and Output linkages
- Act as a bridge for building trust and relationship b/w Agribazaar, FPOs and farmers
- Connect, onboard and create awareness amongst farmer members about various products (Inputs, Output linkages, Financial Product, Advisory) offered by Agribazaar
- Increase Agribazaar s customer base by onboarding FPOs farmer members on Agribazaar platform
- Maintain relationships with local institutions: ESP; TSP; etc
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE -
- Minimum 3 years (working with FPOs/ Farmers collectives)
- B.Sc Agricultural or Allied/ BSW/ Social Sector related degree or Master s Degree
