Employee, as Account Executive in the Sales department, shall be responsible for achieving Monthly, Quarterly & Annual targets of Account Additions and Revenue by doing but not limited to the following:
Assisting in creating, planning and implementing sales strategy and account mining initiatives
Research on market dynamics, competition, and clients
Identify potential prospects by analyzing markets/domains and track potential prospective clients
Working closely with the Marketing and Business Development teams to ensure that the efforts are in alignment with the strategy
Qualify all leads as per criteria including responding to incoming Requests for Information(RFIs), Requests for Proposals(RFPs) in a professional and creative manner
Doing compelling showcases to prospective clients
Collecting the requirement from prospects diligently and to a high degree of detail
Work with the delivery team to come out with effort estimates and pricing
Prepare and present proposals to the prospect
Enabling negotiations between internal and external stakeholders
Liaising with Legal and Business teams for the quick closure of agreements and client onboarding
Ensure that the communications to clients are as per schedule and follow ups are on time
Ensuring smooth transition of work to delivery team
Develop strong relationships with key prospects during and after the sales lifecycle for increased penetration within an account
Reconnect and build relationships with cold leads and continuously build the pipeline for Account Mining
Cultivate prospect relationships as needed through the sales lifecycle
Track, update, analyze and present sales reports to the Management
Support the Management in running the sales function efficiently and effectively
Qualifications:
2-4 years of experience in sales
Prior experience in B2B Tech/SaaS sales
Product exposure is an added advantage
B.Tech /BBM / MBA / Equivalent
Well versed in GSuite/ Microsoft Office
Freshsales or any other major CRM Experience preferred
Prior Account management experience would be an added advantage
