Conducting telephone and Personal interviews in coordination with department heads.
Preparing offer letter, job descriptions, completing joining formalities and documentation.
2. Training & Development
Scheduling and arranging training while coordinating with external team and training programs.
Identification of training needs and nominating candidates for training.
Marinating training records.
3. HR Operation and Administration
Handling Payroll.
Maintaining employee s personal files and records.
Maintaining HR procedure that comply with labour regulation.
Generating PF Challan, ESIC Challan and PT Challan (return filing of PT doing every month)
Designed Policies and Various HR Forms and Induction Program.
Maintaing Quarterly Employees Performance Sheet. (Review Departmental Budgets)
Report to Management and provide decision support through HR Metrics.
Maintaining and Reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.
Handling Workplace Investigation, Disciplinary and Termination Procedure.
Tracking attendance, maintaining leave records, PF and ESIC records, issue letters, etc.
Managing advance salary, Bonus, and loans.
Preparing various letters like offer letter, appointment letter, confirmation letter, increment letter, Absenteeism notice, warning letter, experience/service certificate, relieving letter, etc.
Preparation of full and final settlement.
Supervising the day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.
Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is working and properly maintained.
Maintaing all records regarding AMC / Insurance / Company Vehicle and Fixed Assets Details.
4. Employee Relation
Handling all the queries of the employees. Be it related to Salary, Leaves, Attendance and Transfer etc.
They are also expected to explain the various policies, strategies, and benefits to employees.
