Job Summary:
The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of diverse projects related to security safety Networking technologies. We at security surveillance systems looking for Project Manager for project sites. The ideal candidate will possess robust design and site experience of security systems including Fire Alarm CCTV Access Control public address Building management system Active and Pive networking for public and private companies.
This individual will play a key role in updating project doentation managing expenses tracking project timelines and coordinating resources to ensure that all project milestones are achieved timely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management ss excellent communication abilities and a thorough understanding of project odologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Tracking and Doentation:
- Regularly update project sheets with critical information including project status milestones and deadlines.
- Maintain comprehensive records of expenses related to project ensuring all financial doentation is accurate and timely.
- Budget Management:
- Monitor project budgets and expenditures providing regular reports and forecasts to ensure project financial health.
- Identify costsaving opportunities while maintaining project quality and integrity.
- Resource Coordination:
- ist in the planning and allocation of resources for project ensuring that teams are properly staffed and equipped.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including engineering procurement accounts and operations to facilitate smooth project .
- Timeline Monitoring:
- Track and report the number of days taken for project to ensure alignment with planned schedules.
- Identify potential delays and proactively develop solutions to mitigate risks ociated with project timelines.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for projectrelated communications internally and externally with clients and vendors.
- Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders addressing concerns and providing solutions as needed.
- Quality urance:
- Ensure that all project activities adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements maintaining a focus on quality throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct postproject evaluations to identify lessons learned and apply insights to future projects.
What we require :
- Bachelor s degree in Project Management / Business Administration / Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management within the technology or engineering sectors preferably in security systems IT and networking products or similar industries.
- Excellent ytical organizational and problemsolving ss.
- Strong interpersonal and communication ss with the ability to work effectively across departments and with various stakeholders.
- Knowledge in project management tools (e.g. MS Project Asana Trello) and Excel for tracking project metrics and budgets is an added advantage.
