We are looking for a Country Manger (M/F/D) to support and coordinate the business development of Leadership & Sustainability (L&S) in Turkey. Tasks
- Support and coordinate the establishment of Leadership & Sustainability (L&S) in Turkey.
- Manage the process of business development: marketing and sales for L&S Company in Turkey.
- Ensure that the business development is aligned with a financially sound and profitable business.
- Ensure an excellent reputation and service delivery on the market in Turkey and thereby maintaining the brand L&S.
- Develop Company services that are applicable to the Turkey market and aligned with the global service portfolio of L&S Germany.
- Support in developing a strong, effective and professional team that can deliver the services in Turkey and where needed abroad.
- Contribute to L&S and the teams within L&S.
Requirements
- Successfully completed a degree in business administration, economic sciences, engineering, sustainability, or a comparable field of study.
- Extensive professional experience (at least 5 years), ideally in the sustainability/consultancy/audit/verification in the fashion & apparel sector.
- Prioritizing for candidates who have experience in sustainability audit/verification/certification schemes, such as Higg FEM, SLCP, BSCI, SA8000, SMETA, GOTS, OCS, GRS, ISO etc.
- Fluent in both English and Turkish.
- Ideal experience in the management of a small/medium team.
- Strong client relationship management skills.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong business acumen and a desire to proactively seek out innovative ways to contribute to growth and excellence.
