The Content Enhancement team specializes in creating localized program content assets required for streaming, broadcast, and distribution platforms.
You will help coordinate the localization needs for the branded original content as needed for broadcast, electronic sell through and the streaming platform.
Additionally, you will assist the Localization team to ensure projects are delivered on time and tracked through to final approval for multiple use.
Duties & Responsibilities
Creation of Purchase Orders, and liaise with the Finance Department to ensure all invoices are handled in a timely manner
Ensure all tracking charts are up-to-date and that status of all projects is always available.
Track production delivery charts and integrate them into the Teams Localization charts
Communicate delivery schedules to internal teams and vendors, ensuring agreed schedules are adhered to.
Communicate with internal teams to ensure vendor's needs are covered
Additional duties as required
Requirements:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Tech exp with Smartsheets.
Strong, pro-active communication skills.
Experience in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
3+ years' experience working in the entertainment industry.
BS/BA degree preferred
Knowledge of or experience in dubbing and subtitling a plus
Foreign language skills, particularly in European languages a plus
