We are looking for a Sales & Retention Specialist (m/f/d) for the Swedish market, who would like to work in an international team and in a rapidly growing environment in which no year is like the other!
- Contacting existing customers to ensure a high service level and customer retention
- Establishing business relationships with our client's customers via telephone and e-mail
- Developing cross and up-selling opportunities with the existing customer base
- Following up and negotiating with customers to prevent churn and generating pricing quotes for renewals
- Collecting and analyzing feedback from the customers to improve internal processes and customer loyalty
- Bachelor's degree in economics, linguistics, or relevant field. Alternatively, an equivalent commercial experience
- Fluency in Swedish and English, other languages are a plus
- Experience in sales, customer retention, or customer service, with up-selling and cross-selling
- Experience in the IT environment with SaaS knowledge is a plus
- Strong communication skills, positive attitude and enjoy working in an international team
