• - Leverage creative tactics and a variety of sources (including LinkedIn and other social media, talent referrals, direct applicants, recruitment agencies, etc.) to deliver top talent to fill open positions across your designated territory
• Deploy the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) at a local level in line with global guidelines in order to increase brand awareness in the local job market and position IQVIA as an employer of choice
• Work internally with other Talent Acquisition team members to share knowledge, best practices and resources
• Suggest process improvement initiatives to streamline hiring process
• Provide training to hiring managers on recruiting, interviewing, and the selection process as required
• Keep abreast of market trends in the assigned geography that may impact on the company’s ability to attract talents and work with the business to provide solutions
• Keep up to date of the new digital trends and available solutions in recruitment space
• Contribute to both regional and global talent acquisition projects as required
