To catapult our marketing efforts to the next level, we need your help!
As Key Account Manager, I make sure that
mute-labs builds up and develops strategic relationships to existing customers, i.e. the key accounts. This means I need to make sure that,
we live the right communication structure with our key accounts incl. regular personal meetings
we organize regular events and other activities for our key accounts
we assist our key accounts in identifying and pitching for joint business opportunities
we constantly collect feedback and have a close ear to the market to always know what we can improve
we reach revenue targets by generating business in the assigned accounts as well as the attainment of new accounts, ultimately through up- and cross-selling
we implement the right sales & marketing strategies across all relevant markets
we do an outstanding delivery, assembly and customer success job to maximize the satisfaction of our key accounts
