The B2B Event Manager (m/f/d) will be reinventing the HRS event experience virtually, hybrid and in-person and be the main contributor to shaping the brand perception, drive customer engagement and grow the sales pipeline.
Tasks
- Create a next level event experience for customers, prospects, partners and industry thought leaders
- Conceptualize, plan, execute and measure the success of own and 3rd party events and continuously optimize for better results
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to maximize the impact of our events to generate business opportunities
- Shape HRS brand perception as a thought leader by state-of-the-art experiences leveraging the latest trends
- Drive Engagement via industry leading content and speakers presented in an innovative way
- Collaborate with vendors and sponsorship partners to ensure best visibility and representation
- Work with the marketing team to establish an event program that aligns with the marketing strategy and company objectives
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in events marketing - preferable in a B2B environment
- Rich experience and expertise in virtual and hybrid event execution
- You will be metrics-driven with strong ownership and focus. You are able to drive focus and excellence within the projects you own, with your colleagues in marketing and with the sales and product teams you work with
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex and highly visible projects at the executive level
- Experience with marketing automation tools (On24 & ActOn) and how to track performance
- Insight into the Business Travel and Lodging Industry are beneficial
