Responsibilities:
- Excellent employment opportunity for a Senior UX Researcher/Designer in the Ridgefield, CT area. (Hybrid Role)
- The overall objectives for the product are informational purposes only to assist Customer in setting up and executing a large-scale Agile program across the Healthcare landscape to help achieve customer goals such as:
- Improve Patient Care Outcomes
- Decrease Physician Burnout o Enhance Continuity of Care Cost Improvements in Care Alignment, Cost of Care and System Maintenance & Support
- Achieve Value Realization in Re-admissions, Clinical Team Productivity & Leakage.
- Phase: Currently in discovery phase to prepare requirements for MVP development that support the launch of one dedicated pharmaceutical product.
- For the development of the MVP the necessary capabilities have been identified and prioritized in a former ideation phase.
- Methodology: The product is developed using agile methodology
- The goal is to enhance our understanding of our customers (patients, physicians, pharmacists), establish user research practices and optimize our feedback loop.
- Therefore, we need UX expertise.
- This includes, among other things, the User Research activities and UX design activities.
- For this product UX is very crucial because it will be a differentiation factor to get competitive advantage.
- Active brainstorming, presentation of results and exchange with developers, UX designers, stakeholders, product owners and Scrum Masters on a daily basis
- Create, revise, and execute a user research plan according to the research objectives
- Employ both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies accordingly to the research plan, for example conduct interviews in person (based on COVID-situation) and remote
- Analyze research data and present research insights in a meaningful way to drive product direction
- Translate research insights into appropriate design artifacts
- Iterate designs based on internal reviews and customer feedback
- Monitor the success of implemented features and gather feedback regularly
- Support the product team in the transition to user-centered product development
Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences, Business, Science, Engineering or related field required or equivalent years relevant work experience.
- Required Skills: USER INTERFACE DESIGN, PROTOTYPE DESIGN, USER RESEARCH, WIREFRAMING
