Job Summary: The Senior Risk yst will play a critical role in identifying essing and mitigating risks across the organization. This role involves conducting indepth risk yses developing risk management strategies and collaborating with various departments to ensure that potential risks are understood and managed effectively. The Senior Risk yst will also monitor emerging risks provide insights to senior management and contribute to the development of risk policies and frameworks.
Responsibilities:
- Identify ess and yze risks related to business operations financial activities and regulatory compliance.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies and controls to mitigate identified risks.
- Conduct thorough risk essments including quantitative and qualitative ysis to determine potential impacts on the organization.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate risk management practices into business processes.
- Monitor emerging risks market trends and changes in regulations to ensure the organization remains proactive in its risk management approach.
- Prepare and present detailed risk reports and recommendations to senior management highlighting key risks and proposed mitigation strategies.
- Support the development and maintenance of risk management frameworks policies and procedures.
- Conduct scenario ysis and stress testing to evaluate the impact of various risk factors on the organization.
- Mentor junior ysts and provide guidance on best practices in risk ysis and management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Business Administration Risk Management or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g. FRM PRM) is a plus.
- 4 years of experience in risk ysis risk management or a related field with a strong understanding of risk essment odologies and frameworks.
- Proficiency in risk ysis tools and software including Excel risk modeling tools and data ysis platforms.
- Strong ytical and problemsolving ss with experience in identifying and essing a wide range of risks.
- Excellent communication and presentation ss with the ability to convey complex risk information to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Experience working with crossfunctional teams to implement risk management practices.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements industry standards and best practices in risk management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
