Job Description

YOUR ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Manager (m/f/d) to join our solutions-driven team in the heart of Berlin. The position is a role in our People & Culture Team. You will be responsible for:

  • Providing the full life cycle recruiting from sourcing passive candidates to negotiating job offers and preparing the contracts
  • Defining new channels to search for candidates for Tech as well as Non Tech roles
  • Taking ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing it
  • Developing job postings, job descriptions and position requirements
  • Active sourcing across the different recruiting channels (LinkedIn Recruiter Lite, Xing, Github, Stack Overflow, etc)
  • Conducting interviews to assess both hard skills baseline as well as cultural fit
  • Collaborating with Hiring Managers to determine the needs and prioritize hiring goals
  • Helping with organizing company events as a campaign to attract more candidates
  • Preparing analysis of the current Job Market
  • Keeping an eye on the news in the Recruiting world regarding implementation of the best practices to translate them to Vivy processes accordingly

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in successfully recruiting tech and non- tech talents preferably in a technology company and/or in the healthcare industry, and is a creative thinker who thrives on owning the process from start to finish. Additionally, the candidate will have:

  • 2 years + of experience as a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Manager in a startup environment
  • Experience with Active sourcing using different recruitment channels
  • Familiarity with job boards, and ATS (Personio is a plus) and databases
  • Strong skill to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders
  • Basic understanding of employment laws and visa regulations
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus
