Job Title: Program Manager(SCM)

Location: Sunnyvale, CA (Remote)

1. Managed multiple program I.e portfolio management 2. Cross functional team communication 3. Any experience on SCM.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio of projects, driving and tracking to milestones and ensuring success criteria is tracked, identify resource challenges and successful on-time delivery.
• Communicate schedules, priorities, and status to all stakeholders
• Continue to evaluate, document, and build process efficiencies in execution model/process & communicate progress, risks, challenges, and accomplishments to stakeholders on regular basis
• Work with cross functional teams to resolve dependencies.
• Participate and influence in development of roadmap / functional strategy
• Continuous Improvement Actions: To define continuous improvement actions for each team and to ensure actions progress on track
• Create & anchor business reviews with high-quality business presentations.
• Team internal and external communications on broader visibility deliverables
• Creates formal and informal networks involving coordination among cross-functional groups
• Networks with, and appropriately involves key internal and external contacts in multiple areas across cross functional teams

Key Skills

• 10+ years of experience in program/portfolio management. Should have managed large cross functional programs.
• Good to have experience in managing programs involving diversified technical & business skills.
• Exceptional XFN communication abilities both in a matrix and with outside partners; ability to effectively persuade and influence
• 1-2 years of projects portfolio experience.
• Able to understand end to end business process, operations and identify and understand issues, risks, and opportunities
• Excellent communications, presentation/facilitation skills; able to summarize clearly and concisely
• Creative, critical problem-solver
• Good to have 5+ years in Supply Chain Operations experience
• Good to have experience in managing Training and education team.
